We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements.

Content that depicts or involves minors is strictly prohibited.

If you delete User Content, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from active availability through the service. Deleted content may persist for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, or where required for legal, compliance, or operational purposes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

Nothing on the service constitutes, or is intended to constitute, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to use the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

If you access the service from outside the service's primary jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
